- To significantly reduce the divorce rate.
- To increase marital satisfaction.

- To teach the life-changing truths and worldview of the scriptures as a foundation for fulfilling marital and family relationships.
- To restore individuals and families who have experienced divorce.
- To equip and mentor those who marry resulting in life long marriages and strong families.
- To minister to the special needs of pastoral/ministry couples and families.
- To equip unmarried people with the foundation needed to select a lifetime partner.
- To mentor young people to develop a Christ-centered character that will dynamically impact their future marriage, family, and world.
- To partner with churches to offer programs that will accomplish the mission of building strong biblical marriages and families.

- Develop “The Marriage and Family Connection”. This is a division of the ministry that will develop educational programs designed to strengthen and revitalize marriages and families.
- Develop a specialized ministry to meet the unique needs of Pastoral/Ministry marriages and families.
- Develop and initiate “The Student Leadership Project and Ministry”.
- Expand SRI’s Counseling ministry. This ministry will have a unique focus that will stand in contrast to other counseling services in the area.
- Expand and promote the ministry division of “Workshops and Conferences”. Appoint a task force to work in this division.
- Develop “The Marriage and Family Resource Center” to provide families with relevant and biblically sound materials.
- Develop a network of churches that will utilize the ministries of SRI as a way to enrich and supplement their ministry. The focus of this network will be for SRI to bring a value to the churches. SRI will not solicit financial support from the church network.
- Establish the Department of Development. This department will work closely with the Board of Directors to address fundraising needs and funding of various ministries.
- Identify staff needs and develop plan for implementation and funding the various positions.
